Delegates say yes to Educational Ministries Committee Request
The Educational Ministries Committee asked for flexibility to restructure themselves. They have a fourfold broad mandate from the bylaws. They want to explore ways to restructure. Overwhelming, the delegates voted to suspend the bylaws so they can explore some possibilities.
